Your hannmaid piece is covered by a six-month warranty. This means that we will repair or replace an item that is faulty for a 6 month period from date of purchase but there will be no refund. You will need to contact hannmaid directly on hannmaid@gmail.com.

However the warranty does not cover items, which have not been cared for properly. It does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, and marked or torn fabric.
